Fire Cards
Every staff member and full time faculty member of Southeastern University has an ID card, which is also known as the Fire Card. This is used as a meal card for full-time employees as well as a key to access certain areas of campus. You can also use it as a debit card to make purchases on campus.
Campus Cash
Your Fire Card can serve as a convenient debit card and be loaded with Campus Cash, meaning instead of having to keep money with you at all times, you can use your Fire Card to make purchases at Portico, Mi Casa Café, Chick-fil-A, Tuscana Ristorante, the campus bookstore, Backyard Burger, Papa John’s Express and Einstein Bagel.

Adding Cash to Your Fire Card

  1. Pay with cash or check in the business office
  2. Use a credit card online through Student Link

Please note: Southeastern is not responsible for lost or stolen cards.

Meal Vouchers
Full-time employees who are eligible for the meal benefit must present their Fire Cards to the cashier in the restaurant.

On the rare occasion that an employee does not have his or her Fire Card on campus, that person will need to go to the Campus Card office prior to entering the restaurant in order to obtain an employee individual meal voucher. The cashier will accept the voucher in place of the Fire Card for that individual meal only.
