WellnessAs a Southeastern employee, you are offered a variety of ways in which you can incorporate health and wellness into your daily routine. On campus, you have full access to the wellness facilities that include both the Student Activities Center, which contains a weight room and basketball court, and the Aquatics Center. These facilities’ hours of operation may vary depending on the time of year. For the most up-to-date information, refer to the Inside SEU email. All Southeastern University staff and faculty must present their SEU ID card in order to use the gym equipment and swimming pool. Campus VisitorsGuests are welcome to use Southeastern’s wellness facilities when accompanied by a staff or faculty member. Each guest is required to present an ID (such as a valid driver’s license) and sign the provided liability waiver upon entering the weight room or the Aquatics Center. An ID is not required for guests under the age of 18; however, a legal guardian will be required to sign their liability form. SEU Partnership with Just Move Athletic ClubAll staff and faculty receive a VIP membership to Just Move, a local gym network with two locations in Lakeland and two in Winter Haven. This membership includes access to: All four Just Move locations The SEU/Just Move VIP membership does not offer guest privileges, meaning that you may not be accompanied by a guest when you come to work out. Just Move does offer childcare as an additional service which is available to you for a monthly fee.
