FLEX MEALS
Flex meals give faculty and staff the ability to choose how they would like to use their five free meals each week. Instead of using your meal at lunch, you could stop in early for breakfast or grab dinner if you are working late. Flex meals also apply on Saturdays and Sundays. Please note that meal flex does restrict you to only having one meal on any given day.

DINING IN
Dining in is the most popular option for enjoying your meals. Enjoy sitting inside or on the patio with easy access to our buffet-style restaurant.

TUSCANA TO-GO
Tuscana To-Go is the quickest and most convenient way to grab lunch on the go (weekday lunches only). The window is located under the awning outside of Tuscana. After you scan your I.D. card, you can choose from one of the three meal options: the hot entrée for the day, the avoiding gluten option, or two hamburgers/hotdogs. Your meal will also include a canned soda or bottle of water, a piece of fruit, a bag of potato chips and two cookies.

TUSCANA TAKE-OUT
Tuscana Take-Out is another way to grab your meal in a hurry. This option allows you to fill a carryout container with food items of your choice. Instructions for obtaining and using the containers are as follows:

• Take-out containers can only be used for lunch or dinner on weekdays.
• Employees can obtain a container by signing a form at the register after you scan your I.D. card. An initial $5 deposit (cash only) is required to participate in the Take-Out program. This $5 will be returned to you at the end of the semester when you turn in your container.
• Food items must be able to fit into the container before exiting Tuscana.
• A clean container will be swapped out for your used one each time you choose the take-out option. Please rinse your old container thoroughly before bringing it back.

Breakfast:
Monday – Friday: 6:45 a.m. – 9 a.m.
Missed meal period: 9 a.m. – 10:45 a.m.
Saturday – Sunday 8 a.m. – 9 a.m. 

Lunch:
Monday – Friday: 10:45 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.
Missed meal period: 1:45 p.m. – 4 p.m.
Saturday: 11 a.m. – 1 p.m.
Sunday:11 a.m. – 1:45 p.m.

Dinner:
Monday – Friday: 5 p.m. – 7:15 p.m.
Saturday – Sunday: 5 p.m. – 7 p.m. 

MISSED MEAL PERIODS

Can’t make it to Tuscana during lunch? This meal option allows you to grab a quick bite in between lunch and dinner on weekdays. Here’s what you can expect:

• 9:00 a.m. – 10:45 p.m.: My Pantry items
• 1:45 p.m. – 4:00 p.m.: Deli station, salad, and My Pantry items

As part of the employee benefits package, full-time faculty and staff members enjoy five complimentary meals per week in Tuscana. Part-time employees and guests are also welcome to dine with us.
