Emergencies

In the event of an emergency, please contact 863.667.5056 during regular business hours. For after-hours emergencies, please contact the Office of Safety & Security at 863.667.5190 or 863.667.5990. Emergencies are classified as fires, floods or any other imminent danger to a person or Southeastern facility.

Services

Facilities management is responsible for maintaining all physical facilities at Southeastern University. This includes but is not limited to all the maintenance, housekeeping and grounds requirements of each building and common area on campus.

Please be advised that a request to change when sprinklers come on or off or to re-aim sprinklers cannot be honored unless a sprinkler is spraying directly into a room. Watering can only take place at certain times during the day, and the aim of the sprinklers is for maximum coverage. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
