Who We Are

The mission of Information Technology at SEU is to provide the systems, support, technology, and secure infrastructure to facilitate an innovative learning and work experience for the entire SEU community.

We provide technical support to SEU staff, faculty, and students. We assist in making technology-related decisions for your department for hardware and systems. We provide assistance with our Enterprise Applications, Jenzabar and Salesforce, and we also assist with and support all the various systems and software applications across our SEU community. We make sure you have the infrastructure needed to support everyone on campus and keep all of your sensitive data and information secure from cyber attacks.

We also provide assistance if you need to implement a FormFlow or WorkFlow to increase productivity and efficiency within your business processes. We have been able to help multiple departments do more with less by providing needed systems to support their processes.

Contacting Us

Our Help Desk office is open for walk-ins and phone calls from Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. When calling, one of our technicians can assist you over the phone, or they can connect remotely to your computer to provide assistance. Our office is located along the back road behind the Student Activities Center. You can call us at 863.667.5028 (or extension 5028).

You can also visit our Help Desk Portal (https://seuhelp.sdpondemand.manageengine.com/) to submit and track work orders.  You can find other helpful information in this portal as well.

You may also send an email to helpdesk@seu.edu to submit a ticket for support. Be sure to include the nature of the problem in the subject line. In the body of the email, include a more detailed description of the issue. It is important to also include your contact information and where you are located. Once we receive the work order you will be sent the work order number and that can be used to track the status of the ticket.

For support with MyFIRE or to report system outages, please call 800.985.9781 or visit the MyFIRE support website (https://community.brightspace.com/seu/s/contactsupport), where you can obtain 24/7 support specifically related to issues within MyFIRE.
